Mr. Camara has over 13 years of experience in International Accounting ,Program Management, Audit, Grant Management, Internal Control ,International tax reporting ,Financial analysis, Budget.He is well versed in several international donors’ rules and regulations He participated in the financial management and the creation of technical deliverables for several International Development projects. He participated in the set-up , the close out and the audit of various overseas subsidiaries .He has also conducted various assignments in Africa, Asia and in the Caribbean.Mr. Camara is experienced in both for- profit and non-profit organizations, and has recruited and trained finance and accounting managers and directors in both sectors.Mr. Camara holds a Master's in Financial Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Univeristy of the District of Columbia. He is fluent in French and English and is has a good knowledge Spanish and German
