Mr. Toure is an expert in managing various programs, focusing on post-conflict recovery, elections, health, international development, emergency response, and education. With over twelve years of experience, he has worked with major international NGOs like AECOM, CHEMONICS, and GOAL. He is currently a consultant based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

His skills include planning and budgeting, and he understands donor procedures for organizations such as USAID, OFDA, CIDA, OTI, ECHO, the United Nations, the World Bank Group, and Irish Aid. Mr. Toure has developed and completed 43 USG grants worth $3 million, handling challenges in various West African countries.

Recognized for his strong organizational abilities, he effectively leads teams in various programs. His collaborative approach has led to successful outcomes with USAID and other partners. He holds a Master's in Program Management from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Internationales de Paris and a Master's in Economics from UPMF in France. Mr. Toure speaks fluent French and is also proficient in English.
