Mr Toure has over twelve years of progressively responsible experience in multidisciplinary Programs Management (post- conflict recovery, elections, health, international development, emergency, education, assessment).He worked for important International NGOs such as AECOM, CHEMONICS, GOAL and he is currently based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire working as an individual consultant.
Mr. Toure gained a large Expertise in planning and budgeting and he has a good understanding of procedures and rules of donors such as USAID, OFDA, CIDA, OTI, ECHO, UN, World Bank Group, Irish Aid. He developed, implemented and completed 43 USG-grants worth $3 million in a fast-paced, constantly changing security environment in different countries of west Africa.He is doted with exceptional organizational skills in multi-disciplinary program and operational teams with successful results in a unique iterative, collaborative team approach with both USAID and implementing partners.
Mr. Toure Holds a Master's in Program Management from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Internationales de Paris in France and a Master in Economics from UPMF in France. He is fluent in french and proficiency in English.
